Varnova International Trades has launched real-time container tracking on its website, giving clients direct visibility into shipment status without needing to contact a freight specialist for an update.
Using a shipment or container number issued at booking, clients can now view current status, key milestones and estimated arrival directly on the Container Tracking page.
"Clients were asking their freight forwarder the same question multiple times a week — where is my shipment," said a Varnova spokesperson. "Real-time tracking answers that instantly, and frees up our freight desk to focus on the shipments that actually need attention."
